OMKARA (AUM CHANTING)

OM CHANTING

The human imagination is a very powerful thing. Constantly thinking, or obsessively thinking can drive oneself into a dark hole. So yes, I do believe it is a real thing. You get enslaved to your thoughts and they can cause you to isolate yourself out of fear of your own mind. It could cause a person to be stuck thinking about the past and future, and that will get them into stress. There is something your eyes cannot see, but your mind can sense. Pursuing it will give you the highest knowledge, bliss, and realisation. It will keep you from running away, and see things as they are. Sounds great, right? You can experience it through a technique called Om chanting.

WHAT IS OM CHANTING?

OM is the mantra, or vibrations that is chanted in the beginning and end of any Meditation or Yoga Practice. While chanting OM we can really imagine the things which are in our mind. It gives us peace and pleasure. Om chanting creates positive vibrations in you. Om chanting is NOT a Religious practice. It is a universal syllable.

Along with us kids too have stress in their day to day work.So before doing yoga they should first release themselves from their stress and pressure. They should start yoga with a peaceful mind and thus OM chanting will help to relax their mind. And yes, we should end yoga practice with OM chanting too... All in all, beginning and/or ending your yoga practicing with AUM helps to connects us to our practice in a deeper way than just with physical postures.
1.When you start chanting Om it creates positive vibrations in you. You feel happy for no reason.
2.It purifies your Aura.
3.It improves kids concentration and helps them to focus on whatever their goals may be.
4.Om chanting purifies the environment around you.

How to do OM chanting?

Now, its not OM, It's 'AUM' chanting.

1) The sound of ‘A’ is guttural, it comes from the back of our throat .
2) ‘U’ proceeds exactly from the middle of the vocal region, the palate.
3) ‘M’ is labial and nasal, which comes from the extremity of the vocal organ or lips.

Symbolically the three letters embody the divine energy (Shakti) and it’s 3 main characteristics: (1) creation, (2) preservation and (3) liberation.

The mantra is considered to have high spiritual and creative power but despite this, it is a mantra that can be recited by anyone. ... You'll feel your throat vibrate.

1) First sit straight in any comfortable position and take chin mudra from your palms.
2) Now inhale and start from AAAA then OOOOOOO and then MMMMMMMMMMMM as long as you can.
3) Relax.
4) Breathe normally. ...
5) Pronounce Om. ...
6) Draw the sound from your navel.
7) Feel the vibration in our body.

Its purpose is to focus your mind in the sound you repeat.
So before and after your yoga practice, first do three AUM(OM) chanting and feel vibration in your body.

STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY!
